These Terms of Service explain the general conditions for using the HALUBRA SYSTEMS website, software products, demo requests, license systems, SaaS services and automation solutions.

HALUBRA; LASTZBOT, WASENDER, MAILSENDER, AI AGENT ve gelecekteki SaaS ürünleri için web, lisans, demo, destek ve otomasyon altyapıları sunabilir.HALUBRA may provide web, licensing, demo, support and automation infrastructure for LASTZBOT, WASENDER, MAILSENDER, AI AGENT and future SaaS products.
3. Lisans Kullanımı3. License Usage
Ürün lisansları cihaz, süre, plan veya kullanıcı bazlı olabilir. Lisansın paylaşılması, izinsiz kopyalanması veya güvenlik kontrollerinin aşılması yasaktır.Product licenses may be device-based, time-based, plan-based or user-based. Sharing licenses, unauthorized copying or bypassing security controls is prohibited.

Payment conditions may vary by product or plan.
5. İade ve İptal5. Refund and Cancellation
Dijital yazılım, özel kurulum, lisans aktivasyonu veya proje bazlı hizmetlerde iade koşulları ürün niteliğine göre değerlendirilir. Özel geliştirme işlerinde iade şartları ayrıca belirlenebilir.Refunds for digital software, custom setup, license activation or project-based services are evaluated according to the nature of the product. Custom development work may have separate refund terms.

Ürünler yasa dışı, zararlı, spam amaçlı, izinsiz veri toplama veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden faaliyetlerde kullanılamaz.
